The Saskatchewan Eco Network had a great time co-coordinating The Village for Ecological and Social Justice at the 2015 Ness Creek Music Festival this year. The crowds weathered the rainy weather to meet and engage with many environmental and social justice organizations and businesses. The Village this year was a great step forward for the profile of ecological and social justice at the festival, and we are excited to see how it progresses next year!
We'd like to give a big thanks to the Ness Creek Music Festival for allowing us to be a part of this great event as well as the many vendors who made The Village a success this year. A big thanks also goes out to Sound Solar Systems for providing us with some amazing solar powered lighting and phone charging kits to help raise money for SEN over the weekend.
